We are looking for an enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join our team starting January. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is an excellent opportunity to teach Geography at KS3 and KS4, with the potential to teach A-Level depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach Geography at KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach A-Level for the right candidate.
* Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet students' needs while aligning with school goals and national standards.
* Assess and track student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
* Use assessment data to inform teaching, address learning gaps, and support individual students.
* Engage in reflective practice and contribute to the development of the Geography Department and school community.
* Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and initiatives to enrich the school community.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching Geography in secondary schools.
* Strong knowledge of the Geography curriculum and assessment practices.
* Bachelor’s degree in Geography or a related discipline (desirable).
