As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and develop accounts for our golf brands. You will ensure focus and expertise is given to our major accounts, which is a critical part of the developing business, driving our growth expectation, along with building account plans and objectives.
Do you have a proven track record of managing and delivering consistent results as an Account Manager within sports performance? If so, we want you to join our team as a 'Key Account Manager'.
This role will entail developing a deep understanding of each account, across buying, merchandising, marketing, and creative departments to build trusting relationships cross-functionally to understand their business needs whilst communicating the objectives of JS Golf Brands.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Bringing in new key accounts from across Europe.
2. Growing the business we do with existing Key accounts.
3. Managing the sell-in process for JS Golf Brands products with a particular focus to achieve annual commercial revenue sales targets.

What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in sales within the golf industry with existing relationships with golf retailers.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Passion for golf.
* Proven track record of managing and delivering consistent results as a GOLF - Key Account or National Account Manager.
* Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Ability to manage our external team of sales agents.
* Ability to influence decisions internally and externally.
* Understanding of broader business financial principles and commerciality.
* Advanced Excel Skills and experience in Word and PowerPoint.
* Works with customers and internal teams to bring the voice of the customer back into the business to implement solutions.
* Must display a high degree of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
* High tenacity to maintain high standards, accuracy, and a passion to achieve results.
* Self-sufficient and comfortable working with minimum supervision.
This role is office based in Watford & will require some travel across the UK with occasional international travel.
