7. Family Engagement: Communicate effectively with residents' families, providing updates and guidance as needed to support the well-being of their loved ones.

Minimum Requirements:

3. Experience in Elderly and Dementia Care: Previous experience in elderly care, particularly dementia care, is preferred.
4. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective interactions with residents, families, and colleagues.
