* Deliver an effective recruitment and onboarding process post offer stage, including carrying out recruitment compliance checks, preparing contracts of employment and liaising with relevant internal stakeholders.
* Overseeing all stages of the pre-start candidate journey and positively impacting the process from offer to start date.
* Support the Hiring Manager to ensure they provide all documentation relating to the candidate offer.
* Build relationships with Hiring Managers and keep them informed of how new candidates are being processed.
* Complete all necessary onboarding checks and processes for each candidate in line with safer recruitment guidelines.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure the entire team is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements (Right to work Checks, NMC, SSSC checks).
* Contribute to ongoing projects within the HR team.
* Managing the shared HR team Inbox
* Responsibility for managing your workload and keeping accurate records to assist with reporting.
Experience working within the care sector or similar and dealing with sensitive information (desirable).
* Recruitment and onboarding experience within a volume-based recruitment team, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems

* Confident, professional, and personable with a flexible and adaptable approach
Your salary will be £25,000 per annum.
* You will receive 35 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.
* You will work Monday to Thursday, from 9.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm.
