Job Role We’re looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse/Stores Operative to join our busy team within our manufacturing site. Our manufacturing sites in Barnstaple and Plymouth produce and assemble the timber components of high-quality wood products, including bespoke bed frames for luxury bed manufacturers in Devon which are sold worldwide. You’ll be responsible for the management of stock and stock records, to included booking in and out of items, ensuring stock rotation is managed, and the shop floor is kept stocked with components, highlighting when components are running low using the current Kanban system. You will also assist in performing manufacturing tasks and any other duty as required. Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in a commercial environment, e.g., manufacturing, stores/warehouse. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be highly organised.
