We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Receptionist at Cranmore Veterinary Services.
You'll be joining us on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, where you will be working 29.5 hours per week, working Monday, Wednesday and Thursday with a 1:4 share of Saturdays working 9am-1pm.

The practice was established in and is based on the same site as Chestergates Veterinary Specialists Hospital and MiNight Vet OOH. It is situated just north of Chester in the NW of England, conveniently located to the M53/M56

About the role:
As a Receptionist, you will provide a friendly and efficient service to our clients and their animals.
Day-to-day duties of the role will include answering phones, responding to emails, booking appointments, registering new clients, dispensing medications, taking payments and most importantly, providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving at the clinic.
What we're looking for in our Veterinary Receptionist:
2. An excellent communicator with strong empathy
3. Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public
4. Previous Receptionist experience is essential, Veterinary experience is a plus!
5. Resilient with the ability to cope with potentially distressing, stressful and emotional situations
6. A positive attitude, a willingness to work hard and excellent teamwork skills
