We are looking for an Account Manager / Customer Service Advisor to work in the City Centre with parking to provide support to other Account Managers and Directors working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.830pm working as part of a small established team with support and training from your Line Manager
As the Account Manager / Customer Service Advisor some of your responsibilities include
Conduct service review meetings on a minimum a quarterly basis, collaborating with the team on recording, and collating data across systems to monitor performance for review in line with service level agreements (e.g., reviewing escalations, corrective actions, co-developing preventative strategies with suppliers and clients to improve on problem areas with a solution orientated approach).
Ensure timely review meetings are held and responded to
Single, and multi-asset moves, scheduling; cooperating with the team on decision making, assigning applicable resource and capacity, assigning crews based on skills, competency, and experience.
Quoting to meet the 'time to respond' turnaround agreed
Monitor quotes to conversation
To plan routes effectively maximising crew capacity and resource (availability) across the clients approved suppliers (i.e., logistical partners).
To respond to escalations, aborted works, cancellations with re-routing, building in works pending to gap fill new availability and provide opportunity to the client to bring works forward where of benefit to t...
