The Role
* Provide individualised support to students with SEND, both in and out of the classroom.
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students.
* Assist teachers in preparing and delivering differentiated lessons and learning materials, adapting teaching strategies to meet students' needs.
* Maintain a calm and consistent approach, committed to supporting pupils to make progress and overcome learning barriers.
You will work closely with the SENDCO and subject teachers, providing assessments and reports.
These vacancies are offered on a full-time contract basis with the possibility for temp to perm for the right candidate.
