If you are a finance figurehead looking for a position that will progress you to a lead central finance position or Divisional MD, this opportunity has succession planning. The role profile will boost your commercial acumen throughout the wider business and consistently challenge you in pivotal business areas.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Improving all areas of divisional operational accounting to drive improvements and exceed the group’s objectives.
• Delivering compelling business partnering to improve the data for strategic management reporting.
• Managing the financial close process and producing financial statements and reports to guide decision-making.
• Structured financial planning to include analytical business case reviews.
• Being the finance lead on a new ERP implementation to include full process optimisation.
To be successful in this role you will be:
• A finance professional with extensive experience in implementing best practice through strategic financial management processes.
• Your initial objective will be to prove that you can improve commercials reported in the annual financials reported to the Group function.
• It is essential that you have a track record in an engineering/ technology business and have worked closely with executive teams with an international presence.
