Role Overview Key accountabilities for a Senior Training Compliance Advisor include: Identifying training needs for crew members before joining or returning on board. Proactively contacting crew members to discuss and arrange training. Compliance reporting to ensure planned activities are delivered as required. Managing annual CSMART visits for officers. Ensuring fleet colleagues are suitably qualified and experienced according to Fleet Training Matrices and Maritime Flag State requirements. This role is classified as CUK12 and is available on a full-time, fixed-term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
