Job summary We are looking for a Practice Nurse to join our friendly and proactive dispensing practice for 20 hours a week. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will deliver safe and effective nursing care to our patients and working in accordance with the NMC. The post holder will provide a holistic approach to patient centred care including those with long term conditions. An interest and/or specialist experience in managing patients with a long term condition would be advantageous. Main duties include Wound management, minor injuries, post operative care including suture removal, cervical cytology, immunisations, ECGs, warfarin clinics and venepuncture.
