Funeral Services Management
We're looking for a skilled Funeral Services Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver high-quality funerals. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in operations management, customer experience, and empathy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supervising and coordinating a team of ceremonial crew to ensure that each funeral is delivered to the highest possible standard.
* Using both manual and digital systems to ensure that every person is in the right place at the right time.
* Coordinating the schedule of ceremonial crew, deputising for the Care Logistics Manager, and planning clothing collection and the movement of personal belongings.
* Gathering and analysing insight to drive continuous improvements in funeral delivery and team performance.
* Maintaining a good understanding of the local environment, local stakeholders, and adapting or improving processes accordingly.
