The company specialises in active temperature-controlled deliveries to hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers and medical care surgeries as well as to end patients which it serves through its homecare business. Its customers include some of the best known pharmaceutical brands in the world. We are now looking for a Billing Associate for Pharmacy, to join our busy accounts team at our Site 2 office in Leighton Buzzard. Working as part of the Finance & Accounts team, you will support in the production of all Pharmacy client invoices in the required format The position is on a Monday to Friday basis, 9am-5pm, however flexibility on start/finish times is required, especially around month end dates. Key responsibilities: Invoicing daily, weekly, fortnightly as required. Printing from our in house Polar Track system any missing delivery notes from the PDA system. Remain vigilant at all times when emailing invoices to NHS Trusts, ensuring correct participant has been chosen thus avoiding any data breaches. Assist in invoicing consolidated accounts. Triage accounts email in box daily. Produce weekly sales analysis. Supporting with customer queries and resolutions. Key Skills/Experience/Requirements: Excellent IT skills, particularly Word and Excel. Experience of using SAGE advantageous but not essential. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your work load. Previous administration experience. Team player mentality with ability to work on your own initiative. Excellent communication skills both oral and written, with the ability to build effective working relationships. whilst appreciating the need for maintaining confidentiality.
