Country Manager – Broadcast Technology | UK (London preferred)
My global broadcast technology client is seeking a Country Manager to lead commercial operations across the UK, Ireland, and Israel. This is a new leadership role with full responsibility for regional performance, sales leadership, and strategic direction.
The Goal
* Lead and develop a high-performing sales team of 3, while directly managing one of the region’s major strategic accounts.
* Act as a senior point of contact for customer relationships, particularly within tier-1 broadcasters and Service Providers (e.g. Sky, BBC, ITV).
* Drive the region ensuring growth and retention across key accounts.
* Own the full HR lifecycle for the sales function: hiring, performance management, account assignment, and target setting.
* Play a key role in sales strategy, mentoring, and opening new doors across the territory.
What You Bring
* Deep relationships and experience working with major UK broadcasters and media companies.
* Solid understanding of Broadcast Control Systems (BCS) and IP Routing technologies.
* Proven track record in managing commercial teams and owning revenue responsibilities in a vendor or service provider setting.
* A strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills — equally comfortable in the boardroom and on client site.
