Commercial Administrator and Customer Care
We are looking for a Commercial Administrator for our office in Tewkesbury to fit into a dynamic and fast-growing environment that will be trained and coached by our experienced team. Reporting to the Office Supervisor and working alongside a small administration and commercial team, in this role the key responsibilities will include:
* Manage sample requests and gather, compile, and organize data essential for the company’s business operations to build the company’s database.
* Answer, sort, and prioritize emails and telephone enquiries, redirecting them as necessary and responding to all routine correspondence, including monthly calls to customers regarding intermodal deliveries, providing a high level of customer service at all times.
* Coordinate customer training activities, taking care of booking dates and keeping up to date the applicator trainers’ database.
* Assist project leads in carrying out project-related tasks.
* Keep abreast of senior management workloads to provide a high level of support to team members dealing with field service enquiries.
* Provide cover across the team in terms of customer communication as and when required.
* Provide support to the Logistics Office if required.
Previous experience working in a similar role would be highly advantageous but we are very open to considering candidates with administration/customer-facing experience who are looking to undertake a new challenge in their career.
Overall key skills will include excellent communication skills, flexibility, customer care skills, and good administration ability, coupled with residence near Tewkesbury.
