**Job Title:** Sous Chef
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at a luxury estate in Chichester. As a key member of the brigade, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes using locally sourced ingredients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring seamless service
* Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain exceptional standards
* Collaborate with the team to develop new menu ideas and improve existing dishes
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
