The Role: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Agresso FI/Procurement Configuration Specialist to join our team in shaping and enhancing our Agresso solution within Finance and Procurement. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the bridge between technical capabilities and business needs, translating requirements into tailored configuration and design solutions. Your responsibilities will include driving configuration improvements, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring seamless delivery of change requests while maintaining meticulous documentation. Working collaboratively in a hybrid environment based in Swansea, you will play a pivotal role in optimising processes and fostering innovation, making a tangible impact on the organisation's success. This is a 12 months fixed term contract and is a hybrid role with travel to our Swansea office. Key Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into functional designs and configuration for the Agresso Finance and Procurement modules. Respond to change requests, including impact assessments, configuration updates, and coordination of testing activities. Support bespoke configuration developments, ensuring alignment with functional area principles and avoiding negative impacts on existing setups. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within customer environments, providing timely updates to stakeholders and end-users. Develop and document configuration changes in compliance with the SSC change control policy. Maintain and manage documentation within the appropriate repository to ensure accurate records of system changes. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to prototype and deliver innovative solutions in sandbox environments. Ensure the delivery of projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality parameters. Communicate effectively with senior organisational levels, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clarity on solutions and status updates. Skills and Experience: Proven expertise in Agresso ERP implementations, specifically in a consulting or configuration capacity. Previous experience in supporting U4BW Cloud systems (desirable). Comprehensive knowledge of Agresso Finance and Procurement modules. Demonstrated experience in a live support environment, delivering within specified timeframes and budget constraints. Strong ability to interpret and translate business requirements into transformative solutions. Proficiency in Business Process Analysis and Design. High-level verbal and written communication skills, particularly when engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues. Strong teamwork and relationship management skills, with a focus on effective collaboration and clear reporting. Minimum Criteria: Self-motivated and able to deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision. Formal UNIT4 academy training completed for Finance/Procurement. Hands on, proven experience using Agresso.
