It is essential that you possess an MPharm degree or equivalent. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
Duties:
* Review and interpret prescription orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medication therapy
* Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
* Provide medication counseling to patients, including instructions on proper use, potential side effects, and drug interactions
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans
* Monitor patient response to medication therapy and adjust treatment as necessary
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
