Claimont are Hiring We are looking for a Admin and Scheduling Coordinator to support our ever-growing Clinical Operations Team. As a Admin and Scheduling Co-ordinator you’ll be working in a team of like-minded colleagues who consistently work hard to support our operational teams. You’ll perform a range of admin tasks and will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of nursing and support staff as they deliver safe and effective care to our clients in the community. We provide in-house training, so you’ll learn alongside members of the team, enabling you to deliver specialist support to our operational teams. Your key responsibilities will include: Effective scheduling, ensuring our nursing and support staff are in the right place, at the right time to provide safe and effective care to Claimont Health’s clients. You will be responsible for taking the lead role in the day to day scheduling building effective relationships with key stakeholders, clients and contractors to ensure continuity in the service being provided. Workforce engagement is key therefore you will be accountable for ensuring our colleagues and contractors are kept up to date with new and existing assignment opportunities in an effective manner, along with sending out regular communications. First port of call for our workforce scheduling, dealing with enquiries promptly and professionally. Use personal judgement and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in scheduling procedures. Ensure teams are programmed effectively to satisfy location, skill set and work type. Liaise with Clinical Operations to ensure the designated workforce have the up-to-date client information and work requirements and arrangements. To liaise with clients, the commercial team, insurance companies and third parties relating to authorisation of client treatment. Inputting d ata to the Client Tracker. Participate in team meetings, training, and activities. Essential Skills and Experience: Experience with working in a fast paced agency role with the ability to schedule effectively and meet demanding deadlines is desir able.. Previous scheduling experience/ rota management is essential. Ability to communicate professionally with the business, clients, and contractors. Excellent at prioritising your workload and enjoy being flexible and enthusiastic in supporting your team. Some analytic ability, originality and/or ingenuity required. Strong organisational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail. Skilled in Office365; Microsoft Word, Excel (including data management in spreadsheets) PowerPoint; PDF editing; and preparation and editing of documents.
