Our client, an Employee Owned Trust, are an incredibly well established business in their industry and dynamic and fast-growing organisation based in North London - one minute from a Piccadilly tube station. We are looking to help them find their first Amazon Operations Manager to join their team and look after all things pertaining to their Amazon supply chain, projects and managing multiple stakeholders. The Role
The Amazon Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Amazon supply chain. Working closely with various teams, you will lead critical operational initiatives, ensure timely deliveries, and drive key metrics to improve overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage purchase orders to meet Amazon’s deliver-by deadlines, liaising with the Senior Sales Executive, warehouse team, and third-party couriers.
* Oversee and improve key metrics, including Vendor Lead Time and Vendor Confirmation Rate.
* Build, update, and present monthly reports on Vendor Lead Time, Vendor Confirmation Rate, Sourcable OOS%, and conversion rates.
* Conduct dated stock analysis to identify slow-moving stock and address issues such as lack of buy buttons or request returns where necessary.
* Perform lost stock analysis, investigating discrepancies between Amazon and internal inventory, raising cases, and obtaining PODs to confirm deliveries.
* Analyse returns and damaged stock to minimise losses and improve processes.
* Continuously monitor the supply chain, recommending changes to boost efficiency.
* Contribute to process enhancements and develop new strategies to optimise accuracy and efficiency across the Amazon account.
Essential Skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets.

* Proven troubleshooting ability, resolving challenges with creativity and pragmatism.
* Experience in managing Amazon accounts or similar e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
