We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading FM providers on one of their critical contracts as a Cafe Manager.
You will oversee all aspects of the Cafe's current and future operations. This includes the sale of food and drinks, hiring and scheduling of staff, menu planning, and maintaining inventory.
Main Duties
1. Responsible for the control of labour costs in line with budget.
2. Pro-actively find ways to lower operational costs while expanding the café's customer base.
3. Monitor and maintain the integrity of all stock.
4. Ensure weekly stock takes are fully compliant and accurate.
5. Work closely with customers to answer questions and listen to complaints regarding food quality and customer service before working to resolve those complaints promptly.
6. Pro-active involvement in product and menu item suggestions.
What We Are Looking For
1. Enthusiastic, driven, and passionate people person, with great customer service skills.
2. Experience in managing a retail Cafe operation with high volume. High-street brand experience preferable.
3. Able to work under pressure, lead, motivate, and manage a team.
4. Great attention to detail.
