Role Overview

Exciting opportunities are available for Project Lead Engineers to join a growing team, working on cutting-edge technology for space, earth observation, astronomy, and high-energy physics applications.

The Project Lead Engineer will report to the Lead Engineering Manager and will be responsible for leading the design, development, and verification of products throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires expertise in tailoring project governance and lifecycle processes to mitigate risks and ensure successful delivery.

This is a multidisciplinary engineering role, requiring oversight and review of various functional engineering team inputs. The Project Lead Engineer will also serve as the main technical point of contact with customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide clear technical leadership and direction to the project team.
2. Generate and maintain the Engineering Management Plan.
3. Ensure engineering governance throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Identify and manage technical risks and opportunities, including mitigation and capture activities.
