Health and Safety Administrator - Bedford or Kettering
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a H&S Administrator to join our client based in either Bedford or Kettering.
Salary: from £22,072 - £25,096
Hours: 8:30 - 5:00pm
Duties:
- Receiving and logging all calls and enquiries made to the Health and Safety team, responding to those that are easily directed or referring to the HS Coordinator/Advisor those that require more technical advice and support
- Supporting the management and upkeep of the health and safety teams' and electronic diary's including all appointments and meetings
- Managing the H & S Inbox reviewing all correspondence and responding in a timely manner or directing to the H & A Advisor/Coordinators as appropriate
- Helping schedule, attend, as requested, all H & S meetings, obtaining and retrieving statistical data in preparation of reports for the health and safety team to present
- Attending meetings to support and take notes and minutes
Requirements:
- English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE or equalivant)
- Experience of using word and Excel to produce a range of business documents, including reports and correspondence
- Experience in dealing with inbound calls
