Office Manager
Location: Maidstone
Salary: £30k
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (in office)
My client based in Maidstone is looking to recruit an Office Manager to their growing team. This client is looking for an experienced Office Manager who has strong organisational skills, travel arrangement experience, diary management, and general day-to-day administrative support.
Duties of the Office Manager:
1. Manage senior management's diaries and prioritise meetings.
2. Arrange travel nationally and internationally for senior management and team.
3. Provide general administrative support to the team and input data.
4. Attend meetings regarding financial matters and gather correct financial forecasting information.
5. Use Excel to input and manipulate data for senior management.
6. Handle general HR duties such as onboarding, contract writing, and payroll support.
7. Order office supplies and manage expenses.
8. Improve company policies and procedures.
9. Act as the first point of contact for the business and act as a gatekeeper.
10. Support the team for national and international events and materials they may need.
Experience of the Office Manager:
1. At least 8 years of experience as an Office Manager/PA support.
2. Experience in arranging national and international travel.
3. Strong experience using Excel and providing administrative support.
4. Payroll or accounts experience.
5. Some HR experience managing general HR duties.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Strong diary management experience.
8. Must have a driving license and own vehicle due to location.
