Customer Service Advisor (Insurance)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location: Ringwood, Hampshire
Hours: 37¼ hours per week Monday - Friday (between 9.00am - 6.00pm)
Our client is seeking a dynamic and professional Customer Service professional to join a thriving team in Ringwood, Hampshire. As a leading broker in the non-standard home insurance market, they're committed to providing exceptional coverage to customers with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistently positive experience.
2. Manage new sales enquiries via email or inbound calls.
3. Collaborate effectively with internal departments, adhering to established processes.
4. Administer policies and respond to enquiries via telephone, email, and online chat.
5. Provide accurate product and underwriting information to empower customers to make informed decisions.
6. Maintain professional standards in all aspects of work, including conduct, timekeeping, and attendance.
7. Adhere to all regulatory standards, call quality benchmarks, service standards, and company policies, with a focus on treating customers fairly.
8. Effectively assess customer needs and present advice clearly and accurately.
Skills/Experience Required:
1. Previous experience within an office-based customer service environment.
2. Experience within the financial services sector highly desirable, but not essential.
3. A professional attitude with exceptional customer service skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. The ability to influence and persuade others.
6. Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
7. A positive and adaptable attitude.
