The role of Facilities Accommodation Team Leader is key to accommodation services. The successful candidate will work with the accommodation team and be responsible for supervising the accommodation service assistants.
The Facilities Accommodation Leader may be required to support cleaning tasks during times of low staffing or increased demand. Candidates for this post must be physically fit as they will also be responsible for receiving and delivering cleaning materials to the accommodation facilities.
Core Working Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours, working from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday, may include bank holidays.
Within your contracted hours, you may be required to cover for other Facilities Team Leaders depending on service requirements.
Enhancements for night-time, bank holiday, and weekend work are offered as part of this role.

To be considered for this role, it would be advantageous to have worked in a busy NHS setting or have experience in cleaning or portering. Our preferred candidate would have some previous experience in team leading or supervising staff. A full job description and person specification are attached.

Knowledge and Experience
* Supervisory experience
* Experience of working with computer systems, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and the use of IT packages and web-based systems.

* Previous experience in a similar post providing cleaning services in a healthcare/hospitality environment.
