Aquatic Vets Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated aquatic veterinarian to join our small, dynamic team dedicated to advancing aquatic animal health and welfare. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a wide range of aquatic species in aquaculture, public aquaria, and research settings, alongside a board-certified aquatic veterinarian.

Our work spans health management for aquaculture, providing Named Veterinary Surgeon (NVS) services to research facilities, and supporting public aquaria. We pride ourselves on combining clinical excellence with practical solutions, helping clients optimize animal welfare and productivity.

Who Are We Looking For?
* Qualifications: A veterinary degree able of RCVS membership, with a strong interest or specialization in aquatic species. Immigration sponsor considered
* Experience: Preferably a specialist or experienced veterinarian in aquatic medicine, but candidates with farm practice or other relevant experience will be considered.
* Attributes: A proactive, curious, and ambitious professional who thrives on challenges and seeks continuous growth.
Role Responsibilities
* Providing clinical services, health assessments, and disease management for aquatic species.
* Collaborating with aquaculture facilities, public aquaria, and research institutions to optimize animal health and welfare.
* Assisting clients with regulatory compliance and providing Named Veterinary Surgeon (NVS) services where applicable.
* Representing the company at professional conferences and events.
* Potential of participating in research, report writing, and scientific publications.
Salary: Competitive and based on experience.
Hours: Full-time, no out-of-hours required.
