Legal Conflicts Executive

Key duties and responsibilities of the Legal Conflicts Executive are:
* Reviewing new business intake requests and collating results for conflicts checks with resolutions and clearance on all issues
* Researching new client matters, coding of engagement letters to establish guidelines and documenting all actions on the conflicts database
* Working closely with the Ethics Committee, firm attorneys and all levels of firm administration, ensuring all levels of administration are inline with the firm policy guidelines
* Assist the Conflicts Supervisor with training Conflicts Analyst Assistants and new Analysts
* Prepare and implement screens/firewalls when required in all firm matters
The ideal Conflicts Analyst would:
* Have proven experience of Conflicts Analysis and Researching within a law firm
* Be detail orientated, flexible in regard to scheduling to accommodate work demands and ability to multi-task
* Have excellent Microsoft package experience, including Word, Office and Excel
* Be a fantastic communicator, both written and verbally
* Have experience in a legal office environment
