About You: Proven experience in a CRM-focused marketing role. Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and data-driven segmentation. Highly self-sufficient and proactive, able to drive initiatives forward independently. Proficient in CRM and marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Managing end-to-end campaign execution - from strategy to deployment and analysis. Running A/B and multivariate testing to optimise performance. Writing compelling marketing content that drives response and engagement. Working with designers to ensure creative is engaging, consistent, and on-brand. Briefing sales and outbound teams on campaign objectives and results. Building and leading a growing team, managing both internal and external stakeholders.
