About the Role
We are seeking a professional and polite customer service specialist to join our team at Teleperformance. As an inbound customer service agent, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service to clients of Lloyds Banking Group.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Support: Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm and provide a positive experience for customers by helping them with aspects of their personal banking, including bank transfers, direct debits, and digital banking support.
* Problem Solving: Take ownership of each query and ensure it is resolved, making a real positive difference for our customers.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all customer interactions are in accordance with regulatory requirements that protect our customers.
Requirements
* A professional telephone manner
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* A good listener who can convey empathy, patience, and understanding
* Confident and proactive to deal with difficult situations and conversations
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
