Office Administrator
Chichester
Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their expanding property sales team. You will assist and support the work of the Sales department. This role involves being forward thinking, quick to respond with efficiency, organisation and transparent communication skills.
Main Duties
Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
Managing department correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and viewings
Arranging property boards
Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for the Lettings department
Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
Skills and Knowledge
Exceptional organisation and time management skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to manage business correspondence and confidential information
Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping others
Previous experience within an estate agency or property sales team would be desirable
Salary and Hours
£27K
9.00am - 6.00pm Mon-Fri and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 2pm
