Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and drive sales.
2. Analyse website performance and user behaviour to optimize conversion.
3. Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to enhance the customer experience.
4. Oversee daily e-commerce operations, ensuring optimal product presentation and availability.
5. Monitor KPIs like conversion rate and AOV to guide decisions.
6. Use analytics tools to track performance and implement improvements.
7. Ensure a seamless customer journey from landing page to checkout.
8. Address barriers to purchasing and refine the payment process.
9. Collaborate with marketing and the founder to enhance website performance.
10. Support marketing and creative teams in product launches and campaigns.
11. Assist in tracking inventory and managing stock levels.
About you:
1. 1+ year Shopify experience.
2. Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics.
3. Familiarity with DTC tech stack.
4. Comfortable handling CSV data and making data-driven decisions.
5. At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce role.
