The company are currently live on a number of construction projects in the heart of Birmingham and surrounding areas, and seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a pivotal role as commercial lead ensuring the project's success.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: You should have a proven track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally with experience within a Tier 1 or 2 main contractor environment.
* Sector Expertise: Your expertise in the residential, commercial, and retail sectors will be invaluable in ensuring the success of our diverse projects.
* Project Scale: Your experience handling multi million pound projects will demonstrate your ability to manage complex financial aspects of large-scale projects.
* Analytical Skills: Your ability to analyze data, trends, and market insights will contribute to informed decision-making and effective cost management.
* Communication: Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
* Leadership: You will lead a team of quantity surveyors and collaborate with other departments to achieve project goals.
