Please Note: Interviews for this post will be held Face-To-Face.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a caring and motivated nurse with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills to join our friendly team in the Outpatient Department at SGH.
The department provides outpatient services for a variety of medical and surgical specialties, including Ophthalmology, Respiratory, General Surgery, Colorectal, Dermatology, Urology, and Orthopaedics, and supports the Radiology Department with special procedures.
As a Band 5 Staff Nurse, you will work alongside a dynamic, multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced outpatient setting. This role involves assessing and supporting patients through consultations, procedures, and treatments. You will have the chance to develop specialist skills in various specialties, benefit from our commitment to professional development, and contribute to an innovative, patient-centered environment.
We are seeking a registered nurse with excellent communication skills and a passion for leading change and providing high-quality care. While previous experience in outpatient care is beneficial, it is not essential--we value commitment to learning and an adaptable approach.
This is an exciting time to join us as outpatient services undergo transformation led by Humber Coast and Vale and NHS England/Improvement initiatives.
