What you’ll be doing:
* The people we support are adults who have a range of diverse needs.
* Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
* Work to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
* Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
* Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
* This is within a large spacious Victorian residential house with extensive gardens.
Who you are:
* Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
* Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
* Have an NVQ level 2 or willing to work towards it.
* Ability to execute and deliver while keeping a positive attitude under pressure.
* Quick learner, hands-on, and willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
* Flexible as you may be required to cover some waking night shifts as needed due to service requirements.
