We're seeking an ambitious Chef Manager to help create exceptional food experiences on a part-time basis.
About the role:
* Prepare high-quality food that delights clients and customers
* Identify opportunities to improve food service
* Support and train teams to excel in their roles
* Deliver tasty food concepts to customers
* Order food, manage stock control, and reduce waste
* Oversee catering operations, manage inventories, and implement action plans
* Manage budgets and meet financial targets
* Implement and review Health & Safety standards
About you:
* Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
* Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
* Have experience managing teams in a similar role
* Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
* Strive for excellence in an enthusiastic and motivated manner
* Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
* Possess the ability to work under pressure
* Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
* Have a safety-first mindset
