This role is crucial in ensuring luxury kitchen projects have a flawless, high-end finish. Kitchen Painter & Finishing Specialist Key Responsibilities: Prepare and sand surfaces to ensure a smooth, even finish. Apply primer, paint, stains, and lacquers using spray equipment and hand-finishing techniques. Work with a variety of finishes, including high-gloss, matte, and distressed effects. Match and mix colours to achieve perfect finishes. Conduct quality control checks to ensure consistency and perfection. Maintain a clean and organised spray booth and finishing area. Work closely with the joinery team to ensure seamless production. Stay up to date with new finishing techniques and materials. Kitchen Painter & Finishing Specialist Criteria: Minimum of 3-5 year's experience in high-end kitchen or furniture painting. Expertise in spray painting and hand-finishing techniques. Strong attention to detail and ability to achieve flawless finishes. Knowledge of different paints, stains, and lacquers used in luxury furniture. Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality. Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot finish issues. Understanding of health and safety requirements in a finishing environment.
