My client has over 30 years of experience providing exceptional care to residents with mental health challenges. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Home Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring high-quality care delivery, staff management, and compliance with company and CQC standards.

Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm, 40 hours a week

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Local Authority, and Fire Authority to ensure all required standards are met.
• Maintain high resident occupancy and staffing levels to ensure seamless operation.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and practices are understood and implemented by staff to guarantee the highest care standards.
• Provide professional and managerial support to the team, helping staff to perform to their full potential.
• Oversee care planning, ensuring it reflects current best practices, and facilitate appropriate staff participation.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in a care home setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and support your team.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and a commitment to delivering high standards of care.
