The Role
As Head of Education Recruitment, you’ll take ownership of developing our education vertical from the ground up. You’ll be instrumental in crafting and executing the go-to-market strategy, building relationships with schools, trusts, and education institutions, and hiring and leading a high-performing team as the division scales.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the education division
* Build and nurture long-term partnerships with education providers across the UK
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service
* Work closely with the CEO to align the division’s growth with overall business goals
* Lead from the front in business development and client acquisition
* Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team as the division expands
* Track performance, KPIs, and market insights to adapt and evolve strategy
* Identify and develop new revenue streams within the education space

* Proven experience in education recruitment
