Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters a love for learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
- Take advantage of dedicated PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time.
Qualifications:
- Fully qualified teacher status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in primary education, particularly in Year 1/2, is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
