Job Title: QHSE Advisor
We are seeking an experienced QHSE Advisor to join our team at our M&S site in Milton Keynes.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong working knowledge of health and safety law and legislation. As a QHSE Advisor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of health and safety across the site, including supporting fire evacuations, conducting audits, and submitting reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the QHSE Manager in the management of health and safety across the site.
* Provide training to the management team on subjects such as incident investigation and fire safety management.
* Compile data, statistics, and compliance reports to identify site trends.
* Advise and assist with investigations into accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Requirements:
* NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
* Experience working in a similar role within a logistics/warehousing/FMCG environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce consistent quality work.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
