This post provides day to day professional and managerial input to the community nursing team within their area of responsibility. The post holder is responsible for the delivery of the highest standards of patient centred care to patients and their relatives through the development and management of staff within their remit. The post holder will function as an independent autonomous practitioner by virtue of in-depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency, and experience and will lead and enable the team to provide a high-quality service.
