The Role
A highly motivated individual with a passion for maximising our customer experience. Delivering excellent customer service by dealing with customer's queries to a successful conclusion. Must have a 'can do' attitude with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets in a quality manner through systems (opportunities). Must be able to manage customer relationships by building rapport with them. You will have the ability to learn about our products and must have the drive and determination to succeed in a target-oriented environment. Ensure self and team work in a safe and secure environment.
You will need to handle and process large quantities of information on behalf of the customer using various systems and liaising with other members of the team. Attention to detail and a teamwork ethic are essential. To escalate appropriate customer affecting issues to line managers or directors. To deliver a set of diverse tasks that enable our advisors to focus on sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Supporting Mortgage and Protection Advisors in the production of client reports.
2. Assisting in researching appropriate products and solutions.
3. Assisting the Advisors in the management of cases to completion.
4. Production of KFI for the product an adviser has selected.
5. Creation of comprehensive and compliant suitability reports.
6. Adherence to the service level agreements.
7. Ensure compliance guidelines are met with each case.
8. Adhering to Anti Money Laundering requirements.
9. Liaising with internal contacts to ensure applications are completed accurately.
10. Liaising between clients, professional contacts, and providers.
11. Ensuring correct filing of documents for compliance purposes.
12. Excellent organisational skills.
13. Strong communication skills.
14. Ability to keep knowledge of the Financial Services industry up to date.
15. Good understanding of the Financial Services industry and FCA requirements.
