Our Sleaford Unit is currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our successful Response Maintenance business. You will specialise in carrying out Responsive Maintenance works with homes based throughout Sleaford and the surrounding area.

What will you bring as a Multi Trade Operative?
* Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in a core trade.
* Experience in completing an array of tasks including wet trades, brickwork repairs, plastering, basic joinery, and general repairs.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work alone.
* Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to retaining these standards.
* Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets.
* Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential with a company van provided.
