What you'll be doing: The Project Manager is a key role within PP’s Group Change function. The purpose of this role is the leadership and management of projects, programmes or workstreams to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of costs, timescales, and quality. ● Takes end to end responsibility for the leadership and delivery of high value, complex or strategic projects, programmes or workstreams, establishing and maintaining the correct structures to control and monitor the deliverables to the business to realise the benefits as defined in the AAF/Business Case ● Leads project planning, resourcing, scheduling, controlling, and reporting activities for projects, ensuring that comprehensive project, quality, and risk plans are prepared and maintained, and issues are actively managed through to successful resolution ● Lead, motivate and mentor a multi-disciplined project team or teams to enable success delivery What we’re looking for: ● Typically, 5-8 years’ experience of end-to-end project delivery ● Experience of managing project budgets circa 1m ● Demonstrable experience of leading full lifecycle project delivery through to benefit realisation ● Managing large, complex projects or workstreams consisting of technical and business change ● Expert in all core project disciplines e.g. scope definition, planning, risk & issue management, benefit realisation and project governance ● Proven experience of line management ● Proven ability to influence at Director level and above ● Credible at Senior level What you can expect from us: ● Generous pension contributions with an employer contribution of up to 14% ● Real living wage ● Income protection, critical illness cover & death in service insurance ● Employee healthcare ● Parental and adoption leave ● Learning & development opportunities and study support ● Travel season ticket loans ● Subsidised restaurant in our Crawley office ● Volunteering days and charity payroll giving ● Onsite gym ● Ride-to-Work scheme ● Social clubs and events You can learn more about how we support our employees on our website Disability Statement People's Partnership is an equal opportunities employer.
