In thisrole you will
* Manageadministrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations of thevarious hotel departments.
* Support all hoteldepartments including Maintenance Sales Human resources Food& beverage and operations with administrativeduties.
* Contact suppliers to schedule routineannual maintenance or call for emergency visits/repairs
* Keep accurate and updatedadministrative records in our people health & safety andsuppliers records.
* Assist with scheduling allhotel complianceappointments.
