Our client based in Gloucester are looking for a Part Time Administrator to join their small and friendly team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will share a passion for supporting the charity’s mission and be adaptable to challenges to support the ever evolving needs. Key Responsibilities: -Provide administrative assistance, acting as main point of contact for enquiries -Organise office supplies, equipment, and resources as required -Maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for the team -Assist with booking meetings, appointments, and coordinating Management team’s diary -Handle incoming and outgoing post and other general correspondence -Maintain the organisation's CRM system, ensuring up to date and accurate details -Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required -Maintain records and files in an organised manner -Assist in collating reports on project progress, donor engagements and event outcomes Candidate Attributes: -Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred -Strong organisational skills and attention to detail -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -A proactive, flexible, and problem-solving mindset Hours: 18 hours per week Salary: £12.00 per hour
