Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Duties
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
3. Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
4. Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
5. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
6. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
7. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.
8. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Experience
1. Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
2. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
3. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially in Spanish) are advantageous.
4. Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
5. A positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
