We are currently looking for a full-time and permanent Accounts Assistant to join our clients team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is a keen Finance professional and looking for a role where they can develop and progress quickly in a supportive environment.
This is a full-time position and will be based in the Bath area with a great, friendly culture. Our client fully supports candidates who are interested in professional studies.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will include but not be limited to:
* Processing and raising a high volume of invoices.
* Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers.
* Supporting with credit control.
* Ad hoc data entry and finance administrative tasks.
* Processing expenses and cash book maintenance.
Your Profile:
* Previous experience working in a similar Finance position, with good administrative skills.
* Sound working knowledge of MS Excel.
* An exceptional attention to detail, and ability to work well with multiple deadlines.
* Currently studying or qualified AAT Finance qualification.
* Looking to study ACCA, CIMA, ACA
