Job Title: UX Research & Training Advisor Job Type: Permanent Salary: £40-45k Hybrid Model: 2 days a week onsite Office Location: London (City) About the Client and Role: My client, a major name in the rail industry, is looking for a UX Research & Training Advisor to deliver enhancements to a passenger assistance system. This role will be key to improving the customer experience with the main aim of a more accessible railway for all. The role can be split into two main parts: UX Research Gathering detailed user-requirements Translating requirements into product specifications Ensure a customer-focused approach throughout the development life cycle Training & Comms Develop a comprehensive deployment plan outlining steps, timelines, and responsibilities for the rollout of the solution Develop training materials and programmes to educate users on specific functionalities of the solution Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure users are fully prepared to use the new features effectively Provide ongoing support and guidance to users during the readiness phase to address any questions or issues. Required Skills and Experience Prior experience in user experience research across software products, web, and/or mobile applications, along with experience with research and prototyping tools Experience working with Product Owners, project management teams and technology specialists in the creation of digital consumer products (eg websites and apps).
